“國家哲學社會科學學術期刊資料庫”，簡稱“國家期刊庫（NSSD）”是由全國哲學社會科學規劃領導小組批准建設，中國社會科學院承建的國家級、開放型、公益性哲學社會科學資訊平臺，具體責任單位為中國社會科學院圖書館（調查與資料資訊中心）。作為國家社會科學基金特別委託專案，於2012年3月正式啟動，系統平臺於2013年7月16日上線開通。

收錄內容包括：學術期刊1000多種，論文超過485萬篇以及超過101萬位學者、2.1萬家研究機構相關資訊；國家社科基金重點資助期刊200種；中國社會科學院主管主辦期刊80多種；三大評價體系（中國社會科學院、北京大學、南京大學）收錄的500多種核心期刊；回溯到創刊號期刊500多種，最早回溯到1921年。

The “National Philosophy and Social Science Academic Periodical Database” (NSSD) is a national-level, open, non-profit philosophical society sanctioned and built by the National Philosophy and Social Science Planning Leading Group and handled by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The Library of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences is the specialized responsible entity for the scientific information platform (Investigation and Data Information Center). It was formally begun in March 2012 as a special project commissioned by the National Social Science Foundation, and the system platform was introduced on July 16, 2013.

Includes over 1,000 academic journals, over 4.85 million publications, and information on over 1.01 million researchers and 21,000 research institutes; 200 major journals supported by the National Social Science Fund; and over 80 journals supported by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. More than 500 core journals are included in the three main evaluation systems (Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, and Nanjing University); more than 500 journals have been published since the first issue, the oldest in 1921.

This collection focuses on friendly and fraternal societies — primarily, but not exclusively the masons.
