Patrons must abide by the cooperating library&#8217;s rules and pay fines for overdue books at the rates set by that library.\n                <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n                    USJ Library reserves the right to terminate the use of ILL by patrons who repeatedly violate the rules.\n                <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n                    Borrowers must return all book        After three notification emails, the library  will automatically acknowledge the loss and proceed with loss processing.\n                    <\/li>\n\n                    <li>\n
