following regulations apply to both MALA Hub and MALA Card interlibrary loan models.\n            <\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n\n\n        <article class=\"ill-card\">\n\n            <ol class=\"ill-number-list\">\n\n                <li>\n                    The service is available to all current students and faculty from Members of Macau Academic Library Alliances.\n                <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n                    The card and loan items are non-transferable.\n                <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n                    The same card can only be used again when all items borrowed have been returned to the USJ Library.\n                <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n                   The card will be temporarily terminated for use when there are unclear fines, and the matter will be reported to the relevant association.\n                <\/li>\n\n                <li>\n                     The borrowing libraries are responsible for checking
