MOREOVER, WE WILL ASSESS THE ISSUE OF CHINESE BEV \u201cOVERCAPACITY\u201d WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE ANTI-DUMPING AGREEMENT (ADA) AND THE AGREEMENT ON SAFEGUARDS (AS) OF THE WTO, TO EXPLORE AVENUES FOR ADDRESSING THIS INTERNATIONAL TRADE ISSUE.
