IN THIS VOLUME ANDREW CHIN HEI LEONG SHOWS THAT THE CONCEPTS OF BALANCE, ALLIANCE, AND COMPLETENESS FORM THE BASIC SEMANTIC STRUCTURE OF &#8220;WHOLE&#8221;. PREVIOUS STUDIES ON &#8220;WHOLE&#8221; EMPLOYED EITHER HISTORICAL OR TEXTUAL METHODOLOGY, WHICH HAS BEEN DOMINANT IN BIBLICAL LEXICAL STUDIES.
