WE IDENTIFY SIX AREAS OF POTENTIAL CONFL\u008fICT. IF THERE BE NO CONFL\u008fICT IN ANY OF THESE AREAS\u2014AND WE ARGUE ULTIMATELY THERE IS NOT\u2014WE ARE CONFIDENT IN DECLARING THAT THERE IS NO CONFL\u008fICT, PERIOD.
