Renew your books
Print materials can be renewed through the Library OPAC before or on the due date.
Manage My Loan →Place a hold
Need a print book that is currently unavailable? Log in to the Library Catalogue and use “Place Hold”. You’ll receive an email when it is ready.
Place a Hold →Keep an eye on your USJ email.
Check-out, check-in, renewal and overdue notifications are sent to your USJ email. If you cannot access your email, contact the Library team at library@usj.edu.mo.
Two things to remember.
Return it on time.
Items not returned by the due date are considered overdue. Overdue items must be returned and outstanding fines settled before you can borrow again.
MOP 5 / day overdueDon’t ignore the reminders.
If an overdue item remains unreturned after three notification emails, it is deemed lost. An administrative fee and replacement cost may apply.
