1. Important Information & Exemptions

  • Policy: All non-USJ members must register an online appointment prior to visiting the USJ Libraries (Ilha Verde Campus Library or Saint Joseph Seminary Library).
  • Exemptions: MALA Card and USJ Readership Card holders (see our program) do not need to register online.
  • Validity: Registrations are valid for one-time visits on the selected date and time slot only.

2. Key Visitor Guidelines

  1. Security Check: Present your Confirmation Email to campus security upon arrival.
  2. On-Site Rules: All visitors must comply with standard USJ Library Regulations during their visit.
  3. Location Coverage: Valid for both Ilha Verde Main Campus Library and Saint Joseph Seminary Library.
