Adverse Weather Arrangements

  • When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or black Rainstorm Warning is issued, all USJ libraries will be closed.
  • Libraries will reopen after the signals are lowered.
  • Under Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below, libraries operate as scheduled.
