Guidelines

1. Organizations and their representatives are responsible for their own set-up and cleaning of the room.

2. Keep all exits unlocked at all times.

3.   The individual making the reservation, as well as the group as a whole, will be held responsible for any and all damages and losses that may occur as a result of the use of the conference room.

4. Smoking, alcoholic beverages, open flames, burning incense, and lit candles are prohibited

5. Library and Literacy programs take priority over all other uses of the conference rooms. Should a need arise, the Library reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund the conference room fee. The Library will make every effort to insure this does not happen.
